The mystery continues as to who has nominated us for the Independent Business and Business Woman categories for the Yorkshire Choice Awards 2017.

The Yorkshire Choice Awards recognise local people and independent businesses that are an inspiration in their field. The categories cover a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets, yet they all have one thing in common and that is the will to achieve and prosper. As well as this being a huge achievement for Hellomint to be nominated by Yorkshire Choice Awards, as it has gained enormous press coverage on radio and TV.  YCA  also have a chosen charity where donations will be given in huge quantities. The charity for 2017 is The Danny Jones Defibrillator Fund, which is an organisation run by singer Lizzie Jones. Lizzie is running a new campaign to raise funds for equipment for Rugby League clubs across the UK, which could be the difference between life and death.

In the past, Nicola has been shortlisted for the Forward Ladies WIBA Awards in 2016, and she has also attended projects to help the community by participating in the FSB roadshow and taught school students about the importance social media can have on a business and how to represent themselves online to help with employability in the future.

We are so grateful and appreciative of our nomination for the Yorkshire Choice Awards, that we really want to solve the mystery behind who put us forward for these awards, so we know who it is we should thank. Nevertheless, whoever you are, wherever you are, we just want to say a huge thank you for taking the time of filling out the forms to nominate us and for thinking we deserve these awards.

You can vote for Nicola and hellomint to win here.
